CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Muni Health only collects and processes the minimum amount of Personal Information from you that is necessary for the purposes of our information processing activities.

HIPAA AND PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION

As part of our services, we may collect and process Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of healthcare providers in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). For example, when Muni Health manages patient data via the Provider Portal, we ensure that the PHI is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. The use and disclosure of PHI are governed by our HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with healthcare providers.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Muni Health uses and retains information we collect about you, including Personal Information, for the following purposes:

  • To provide our Site and its contents to you, including health dashboards in the Provider Portal;

  • For user and provider account verification;

  • To provide information, products, or services you request from us;
