The details practice managers ask about before starting.
The full product: the drafted appeal letter, payer-policy citations, an evidence checklist, and a recommended next step. No credit card required — the point is that you see the actual work before spending anything.
No. Credits never expire and there is no subscription on Appeals. Buy credits when a denial is worth fighting; they wait for you until it is.
$499/month is the standardized receptionist plan for smaller practices. Managed payer operations - including eligibility, prior authorization, claim status, batch calling, and custom payer playbooks - are quoted as a fixed monthly plan based on volume, workflow complexity, and support needs.
Appeals has no setup fees and does not require an EHR migration. Calls onboarding is defined in the quote, and managed payer-operation pilots or implementations may include setup fees. Compliance and data-handling requirements are reviewed before any PHI-bearing Calls deployment.
Pricing is not announced yet. Early-access onboarding starts in 2026 for clinics already on Appeals or Calls — joining the waitlist gets you first-cohort pricing when it's set.
